Kelly Tucker, from Los Angeles, San Diego is the voice of Alterations Needed.

With a degree in microbiology she has spent several years in cancer research, but when she discovered her love for fashion and personal style, she turned to blogging as a medium to share her “findings” with others as curious as her.

Starting in 2008 with the topic of where to shop for similarly sized women, Alterations Needed, has evolved to the larger topics of developing a personal style and tailoring a wardrobe. A place where she shares the findings of her research, whether it is on how to tailor a blazer, or simply, what shoes go with a certain outfit.
